ENGLISH BREAKFAST
English Breakfast Tea is a black tea blend, rich and flavourful in its many complex layers. With a robust taste and aroma, it is frequently combined with milk and sugar for an invigorating way to start the day.
Infusion Guide:
Classic - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 2 - 3 mins
Lemon Tea - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 1.5 - 2 mins (add lemon)
Milk Tea - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 2.5 mins (add milk)

EARL GREY
A classic British blend, Earl Grey is comprised of red tea flavoured with oil extracted from the rind of a bergamot orange.
The distinctive citrusy aroma and taste are sure to complete an afternoon of indulgence.
Infusion Guide:
Classic - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 3 mins
Lemon Tea - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 1.5 mins (add lemon)
Milk Tea - 200-220ml of water @ 95º C for 3.5 mins (add milk)

DARJEELING GREEN
Renowned for its strict cultivation in tea gardens, Darjeeling Green Tea is made from high quality leaves.
Relax with a cup in the evening and be enthralled by the sweet floral bouquet, or add a bit of sugar to bring out a fruitier fragrance. The translucent yellow colour, reminiscent of champagne, makes it all the more enticing.
Infusion Guide:
Hot Tea - 200-250ml of water @ 80º C for 2.5 mins
Iced Tea - 200-250ml of water @ 80º C for 3 mins (pour over ice)

JASMINE PEARL WHITE
Hand rolled ball shape, light in liquor colour and gives out a strong jasmine aroma, creating a distinct taste and experience. Ideal drink to relax and inspire the mood.

Hot Tea - 200-250ml of water @ 80º C for 1 min
Iced Tea - 200-250ml of water @ 80º C for 1.5 mins (pour over ice)

GENMAICHA
Genmaicha, Japan's most popular tea, is a combination of green tea and roasted brown rice.
The aroma, after-taste and nutritional value all surpass those of traditional green tea. The mild sweet roasted rice and fresh grassy flavour are sure to be a treat.
